1、Are the reproduction the same as original?

Because of hand-made, so can’t the same as original exactly. But will try best to make them as similar as possible.

2、What is the MOQ?

Normally MOQ is 5pcs,  because production cost is much higher if only 1 or 2pcs  and the average shipping cost is high too.

3、Can negotiate the prices?

To multiple containers or bulk orders, discounts are available. But to difference items, the discount is difference, so please let us know what items & quantity you need firstly.

4、What is the price term?

To full container, FOB Shenzhen.

To LCL (the quantity of order can’t reach a full container), it is EXW or CIF.

5、What about the payment?

1.       T/T with deposit for production arrangement, balance payment when the goods ready ( or against the B/L copy)

2.       L/C

3.       Western payment

6、How long the order can be finished (leading time)?

This depends on the volume and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and codes of the items so that we can advise a production schedule.

7、Is stock available?

Do not always reserve stock. But considering production situation and if your order is urgent, we will try to finish your order in top priority.

8、What is shipping term?

Normally, it is by sea.

9、Shipment service
We can help to find a good shipping forwarder to ship the goods to the destination port. However,if you have a good shipping forwarder,we can also use yours.

10、What is shipping charges?

This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport. We will be grateful if you can spare us some minutes to help us since it will enable us to evaluate the cost based on the information provided.

We have design department,. So OEM order is welcome.

Welcome to visit.

13、How to know the order process?

After place order, we will keep update the production schedule  and will let customers know the finish time in advance.

14、Can we inspect before shipping?

Of course.   Welcome.  But please let us know when you inspection, because it is large-scale production so difference items will be finished in difference times.  But if the order will be inspected, we will arrange all items of this order to produce at the same time.

15、Warranty of your products?

Please feel free to feedback immediately if you are not pleased with the quality or service.

To overseas orders, we guarantee most accessories. However pls E-mail us details including pictures, we will send replacements at our cost to repair or compensate new ones in some coming orders.
